Return Policy

WoodZap watches come with a 21-day return and exchange policy. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Other products such as jewelry and sunglasses does not come with return or exchange policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt/copy or proof of purchase.

If you received the item in a damaged condition, you must notify us within the same day the item was delivered to you by taking a picture of the damaged item and emailing it to our customer service. Failing to notify us on time will void the return & refund policy.

We also replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will help you with the process.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • If the item has personalized engraving.
  • Returned item received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returned item mailed to us after 21 days of the original delivery date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.



If the item is returned due to defect or damage, send us an email at and we will help you with the process. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns.

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our store so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within those days with a traceable shipping number!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
